They include information relating to bookings, customs requirements, liability limitations, transit expectations and customer responsibilities.
Terms & Conditions of Carriage
ACS European Transport operates as part of Advanced Cargo Systems Ltd and provides dedicated European road freight and Express European LTL services throughout the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
All services are provided subject to applicable legislation, customs requirements, operational limitations and the latest BIFA Standard Trading Conditions.
1. Company Information
ACS European Transport is a trading style of Advanced Cargo Systems Ltd and forms part of ACS Logistics Group.
2. Transport Services
Services may include dedicated vans, dedicated trucks, Express European LTL, UK–Europe transport, Europe–UK transport and intra-European freight movements.
3. Booking & Shipment Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipment details, collection and delivery information, dimensions, weights and commodity descriptions are accurate.
4. Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods, ADR freight and restricted commodities must be declared before booking and remain subject to acceptance and regulatory requirements.
5. Customs & Border Requirements
International road freight may require customs declarations, transit documentation, duties, taxes or border formalities depending on origin and destination requirements.
6. Transit Times & Delivery
Transit schedules are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, border inspections, weather, traffic conditions or operational disruption.
7. Liability Limitations
Liability for loss, delay or damage is limited in accordance with applicable legislation, international conventions and the latest BIFA Standard Trading Conditions.
8. Subcontracted Transport
ACS European Transport may utilise approved transport partners, owner-drivers and specialist logistics providers to fulfil customer requirements.

ACS European Transport services are provided subject to the latest applicable BIFA Standard Trading Conditions. Customers are encouraged to review these terms before booking transport services.
